DiaTribe: From The Village To The Streets, an award-winning documentary exploring the intersection of African music and hip-hop culture, is expanding its cultural impact.

Following its successful film festival run, DiaTribe is now being developed as both a docu-series and a Broadway musical.

The project originated from a groundbreaking stage production directed by Wone, inspired by Ghanaian Master Drummer Obo Addy's vision of merging hip-hop with traditional African music.

Drawing from his roots in Midtown L.A. and Portland, Oregon, Wone brought this cultural fusion to life.

"A maestro of multiple mediums, Wone orchestrates stories that dance between film, poetry, and design with graceful sophistication."
